Our process
Placing your order
1.Complete your order and provide a valid email address.
2.Look for our welcome email in your inbox.
3.Reply with a forward-facing or side-view photo of yourself as a reference for our artists.
Delivery details
  • We process orders on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Once we receive your photo, we'll provide an estimated delivery date.
  • Upon your confirmation, our artists will begin working on your unique piece right away!
Creating your avatar
  • Our stylist will meticulously create a stunning and stylized piece that captures your essence.
  • Once the initial draft is ready, we'll send you a preview of our sketch for final confirmation.
  • Upon approval (1 revision included for Personal, 2 revisions for Squad), we'll proceed with finalizing your avatar in three unique styles:
    • Outline
    • Monochrome
    • Colored
  • Once complete, you'll receive a zip file containing both SVG and PNG files for each style.

Q: Do you use A.I. to generate your avatars?
A: Absolutely not. We strongly stand by the expertise and precision of our human creators. We know that the recent advancements in A.I. image generation often result in pieces that lack inherent soul. Considering that an avatar is usually the initial image others associate with us, it holds significant meaning. So we are convinced that images produced by A.I. are not the ideal match for this purpose.
Q: I'm not fond of your avatar design aesthetic, do other styles exist to select from?
A: Not at the moment, we are pretty happy for our artistic choice, nevertheless, considering a distinct style, Darius' tiny.supply initiative would be worth your look too, his profile pic creativity indeed exudes significant influence. His project inspired us in the beginning 🤙
